SB352 HFA Skinner 3-10 REVISED (AMD to SB352 HGO AM 3-9)

            Delegate Skinner moves to amend the amendment by striking out all of lines 1 through 4, and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

            “On page 2, section 1, by striking out all of line 16 in its entirety, and on page 3, Section 1, line 1 by striking out the following: ‘mixed waste resource recovery facilities has been permitted’ and inserting in lieu thereof, the following: ‘Except within a 40 mile radius of a facility that been permitted and classified by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection as a mixed waste processing resource recovery facility ,’”.
